# Virtual LinkML Symposium 2026
**Join us for the 2026 Virtual LinkML Community Symposium!**
## Logistics

December 2 and 3, 2026 from 15:00 – 19:00 UTC (16:00–20:00 CET Berlin/Paris, 07:00–11:00 PST US West)
### Where
Zoom. The Zoom link for the Symposium will be shared after you register.
## Register for the Symposium
**While participation is free, registration via [this form](https://forms.gle/V6CxJkqx3FdqPjqn8) is required to join.**
Once you submit the registration form, you will receive an .ics calendar link via email to block the time on your calendar.
## Request to present at the Symposium
**We welcome anyone who uses LinkML to request a presentation slot at the 2026 Virtual LinkML Symposium via [this form](https://forms.gle/7XMrofyyKUV5tX6E9).**
The symposium is split into 4 sessions, with multiple presentations in each session. Session presentations are 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
- Session 1 — Schemas & domain modelling
- Session 2 — Public-sector, library, geo & cross-domain schemas
- Session 3 — Tools, generators & workflows
- Session 4 — LinkML × AI / agentic
Filling out the request form does not guarantee you a presentation slot, though we will do our best to accommodate all that are interested in presenting. We will be reviewing submissions starting November 13, 2026.
## Schedule
The presentation schedule for the Symposium will be finalized and shared with the community (on this page) by November 20, 2026. We look forward to seeing you!
